Great Escape Finance was established after recognising that there was a growing movement for tiny home ownership in Australia. Looking further into the market of tiny homes and their finance we realised there was a crucial part missing to the puzzle... No lenders were doing loans for tiny homes!
Great Escape Finance set out to change this. Over the past 3 years we have been working with lenders across the country to get them on board and allow lending for tiny homes. This has been no small feat and has taken many years of building rapport and working closely with industry leaders, like ATHA, the best builders and the tiny home expo community.

The Great Escape vision
Great Escape Finance has been hard at work
promoting tiny home finance for a number of years. We were the first to convince a lender to come into market and have encouraged other lenders to follow suit. Ultimately we would like to see a time when tiny home finance becomes an accepted part of the mainstream and tiny homes are recognised as an insurable and securable asset class. Tiny homes can offer a solution to many of today's most pressing issues and deserve better recognition.
